Built in 1879, this bridge is another example of an old stone arch.
When originally constructed, it was built as a single track structure. In 1896, the bridge was widened for a second track.
While the bridge is known as the Goette Road Bridge, the structure actually crosses Halweg Road currently.

The author has ranked this bridge as being moderately significant, due to the common design but old age. Built in 1878, this is believed to be the oldest single span stone arch in Wisconsin. However, the author believes it is entirely possible that other stone arches may be older.
